We are grateful for your diligence in providing a safe environment for the children at Rose Drive Friends Church.
Step 1:
APPLICATION: Please fill out the application HERE. This application will take about 30 minutes. You cannot save your work and return to it. You will be asked to provide 3 references in this application who will be contacted.
Step 2:
LIVESCAN: Every volunteer working with minors at Rose Drive must be LiveScanned (fingerprinted). After submitting your volunteer application, please email Kari Wallace (KariW@rdf.org) to make a LiveScan appointment.
All LiveScan appointments are arranged through Kari Wallace. LiveScan appointments occur at the Friends Church Yorba Linda offices (5091 Mountain View Ave Yorba Linda, 92886) between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. LiveScan appointments can also be arranged at local UPS stores in the evening or on weekends. You will need to bring a government issued photo id (drivers license, passport, etc…) and the LiveScan form (download HERE).
Step 3:
INTERVIEW: A staff member will meet with you for a short interview to get to know you and answer any questions you may have.
Step 4:
CLEARANCE: You will receive a note in the mail when you have fully cleared the process. Thank you for being willing to love and serve children and students at Rose Drive!
