Show Kindness to Someone This Week! Your RDFC Serve Team can always use your help caring for our congregation. Do you have the gift of encouragement, sympathy, or empathy? Would you be willing to write a note or call someone in the church body? If so, we would love your help! If you would like to get more information or give this ministry a try, contact Chuck Ayres at 714.528.2091 or email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.  Volunteers needed at Charity’s Closet Charity’s Closet is an upscale thrift shop in downtown Placentia. The Closet is operated strictly by volunteers and all profits are used to support H.I.S. House, the homeless intervention shelter in Placentia. Volunteers are needed for accepting and sorting donations and for sales personnel. If you have a few hours a week for a vital ministry in our community, please call the Closet (714.993.4687) or Judy Samson (714.524.1424).

Audio-Visual Technicians Needed! The demands for available people to operate our sound boards, light boards, computers, and cameras are ever-increasing at RDFC. Previous experience is always a plus, but training is available for anyone who is interested in participating in this vital ministry. We need assistance during the days for our mid-week programs like JOY Bible Study and MOPS, on Wednesday evenings for our adult elective classes, and on Saturday evenings and Sundays mornings for our worship services. The Encourager Ministry is looking for people who enjoy encouraging others. We do this by phone calls, visits, and/or cards. If this sounds good to you, please call Carolyn Vogler at 714.579.7880 or Gayle Oram at 714.970.8447 for more information.

Weekly Prayer Gathering Please join us for prayer in the Center Building, Room E110, Monday evenings at 7:00 p.m. Corrie ten Boom once said, “Prayer is the steering wheel, not the spare tire.” Our time is spent praying for the ministries of Rose Drive. Our goal is to help form a church where prayer is the steering wheel. Join us Monday evenings whenever your schedule allows.

Cookbooks are Here! The latest edition of our popular cookbook, filled with recipes contributed by members of our church family, is still available. Stop by the Women’s Ministries table on the patio after Sunday services or in the church office during the week to buy your copy. The cost is $8 or 2/$15.

Sunday Sanctuary services are available on CD. Audio, video, and podcast of services are available at rdf.org. Contact the church office for more information.
